VILNIR besingt in einem nordisch-fantasy anmutenden Musikstil in ihren Liedern nicht nur die Tiefen des menschlichen Seins mit all seinen Facetten, wie kritische Gedanken an sich selbst, Ängste, Hoffnungslosigkeit, Kampf, Leid, sondern auch Zuversicht, Liebe, Hoffnung und Fröhlichkeit. Themen, die die Menschen schon seit jeher beschäftigen und nicht an Aktualität verlieren.

In a Nordic-fantasy musical style, VILNIR not only sings about the depths of human existence with all its facets, such as critical thoughts of oneself, fears, hopelessness, struggle, suffering, but also confidence, love, hope and happiness. Topics that have always occupied people and are not losing their topicality.

Viele Geschichten beginnen beim Zusammensein in wohliger und feuchtfröhlicher Runde. So auch bei unserer Erzählung rund um Estrid, Gunnar und deren Sohn Sven.

Many stories begin with a cozy, boozy gathering. This is also the case with our story about Estrid, Gunnar, and their son Sven.

Skyldighet

Hier ein weiterer kurzer Auschnitt aus dem kommendem Album „ELVA“. In der Geschichte geht es auch um die Schuldigkeit, das Vertuschen einer Tat um sich damit aus der Verantwortung zu entziehen und dem daraus entstehendem Schicksal.

Here is another short excerpt from the upcoming album „ELVA“. The story is also about guilt, covering up a crime in order to evade responsibility and the fate that results from it.

Varför

Elva ist mit dem Verhalten des jungen Sven nicht einverstanden und spricht ihm ins Gewissen. Doch dieser versteht das Gesagte von Elva nicht, da er etwas Besonderes ist und das Streitgespräch nicht einordnen kann.

Elva does not agree with young Sven’s behavior and appeals to his conscience. But Sven does not understand what Elva is saying because he is special and cannot understand the argument.
